rainy day, perfect for making brownies, the kind from the box. betty crocker is pretty darn good, but i may have to experiment with different kinds, hmmm, taste tests, yes...

went to my 2 year old friend's birthday party, this kitty zipper pouch was for her. the zipper action, open close, open close was a hit! my sister-in-law made this delicious purple chocolate cake (the birthday girl's request!) and i made the lettering for the topper. a great day.

.saturday.

started the day off with heart-shaped blueberry pancakes and raspberry syrup, yummy!

.wednesday.

more stuffed creations... i found the lamb pattern here, was inspired by little love blue's  mushroom, found here. the fabric paint brush i made up as a gift for my dad's birthday.

.monday.

this little elephant started the sewing frenzy. now i can't seem to stop making odd little stuffed things. the oreo ornament was for my dear friend who opened my eyes to the delicious ritual of milk and oreos. the log ornament was made after watching twin peaks, a la the log lady, and given to a fellow david lynch fan.

my fingers are trying to keep up with the ideas that pop into my head so stayed tuned for more.

it's finally raining. i'm doomed to 5 minute showers if we don't get some more rainfall this season. that, and i miss the sound on my windows.
